PRETRIAL CONFERENCE DATE: May 3, 2011 at 3:30 PM. JURY TRIAL DATE: May 16, 2011 at 8:30 AM., Courtroom 10, 19th floor. TRIAL LENGTH is estimated to be days. SPECIAL DISCOVERY AND PRETRIAL PROVISIONS: The parties have agreed to participate in private mediation with Jeff Ross on June 29,2010. Plaintiff may file an amended complaint (adding FMLA claim) by April 23, 2010.
