Clerk’s Action Required 26 27 28 STIPULATION OF EXTENSION OF TIME FOR MITSUI TAIWAN TO RESPOND TO THE FIRST AMENDED COMPLAINT Case No. 3:10-cv-00117-SI Master File No. 3:07-md-01827-SI 1 WHEREAS, plaintiffs Electrograph Systems, Inc. and Electrograph Technologies Corp. 2 (“Plaintiffs”) filed a First Amended Complaint in the above-captioned action against defendant 3 Mitsui & Co. (Taiwan), Ltd.
