Pursuant to General Order No. 62 and Civil Local Rule 79-5(b) and (c), Facebook, Inc. ("Facebook") respectfully submits this Motion for Administrative Relief to File Under Seal portions of the March 3, 2011 Declaration of Krista Holt in Support of Facebook's Motion for Summary Judgment re Breach of Contract Counterclaim as well as Exhibits B, C and D, attached thereto (the "Holt Declaration").1 This Motion is accompanied by the Declaration of Morvarid Metanat in support of Facebook's Motion ("Metanat Declaration") as well as the attached Proposed Order. Portions of the Holt Declaration contain commercially sensitive, private financial information, which Facebook has not disclosed publicly. As described in the Metanat Declaration, a compelling need exists to maintain the secrecy of certain portions of the Holt Declaration and Exhibits B, C, and D, thereto. Facebook, therefore, respectfully requests that the Court grant its Motion for Administrative Relief to Seal, as detailed in the Metanat Declaration. Facebook is not seeking to seal Exhibit A to the Holt Declaration. Because the Holt Declaration is subject to this Motion, however, Facebook will electronically file Exhibit A with the Holt Declaration upon resolution of this Motion.
