Following the reminder notice filed this morning, plaintiff filed a motion for default

judgment against defendant Yao Wei Yeo, the only defendant remaining in this action. Plaintiff

18

noticed the hearing on this motion for the earliest possible date allowed by the 35-day local

19

calendar. A jury trial, however, is set to begin several weeks earlier. Accordingly, the case

20

management scheduling order is amended as follows.

The final pretrial conference formerly set for April 18, 2011, is CONTINUED to

22

2:00 P.M. ON JUNE 1, 2011. The jury trial formerly set to begin on April 25, 2011, is CONTINUED

to 7:30 A.M. ON JUNE 13, 2011.
