On January 2 1 , 2 0 1 0 , Plaintiff Ali Utku, ("Utku"), filed an action in the United States D i s t r i c t Court, N o r t h e r n D i s t r i c t o f C a l i f o r n i a . U t k u ' s C o m p l a i n t was s e r v e d o n D e f e n d a n t Experian Information Solutions, Inc. ("Experian") on February 3 , 2 0 1 0 . Experian agreed to w a i v e s e r v i c e o f a s u m m o n s o n F e b r u a r y 22, 2 0 1 0 .
