The parties also 25 stipulate to continue the Case Management Conference from Friday, June 18, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. to 26 27 28 Friday, June 25, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. because of a conflict for Mr. Curtis' counsel, and complete Initial Disclosures by June 30, 2010.
