The Parties request this continuance for the following reasons: 1. By Order dated January 26, 2010, the Court scheduled a Case Management Conference for Friday, May 7, 2010 at 2:30 p.m. 2. By Order dated April 6, 2010, the Court granted the Defendants' Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff's Complaint and denied Plaintiff's Motion for Remand. Plaintiff was given until April 23, 2010 to file an amended complaint. 3. 4. Plaintiff filed a First Amended Complaint on April 23, 2010. The Parties have agreed to extend the date for Defendants to respond to Plaintiff's First Amended Complaint to May 21, 2010. Defendants anticipate filing a Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff's First Amended Complaint on or before May 21, 2010. 5.
