WHEREAS, the initial case management conference in this matter is scheduled for June 7, 2010 at 1:30 p.m.; WHEREAS, Semiconductor Components' lead counsel, Michael A. Oblon, practices out of and lives in the Washington, D.C. metro area; WHEREAS, Mr. Oblon has a previously scheduled personal engagement on June 8 that would make it exceedingly difficult for him to appear in person at the initial case management conference; NOW THEREFORE IT IS STIPULATED Mr. Oblon will appear by telephone on behalf of Semiconductor Components at the initial case management conference scheduled for June 7, 2010. IT IS SO STIPULATED.
