Pending before the Court is Defendant's motion to dismiss, (Dkt. #9), which the Court has scheduled for a hearing on May 27, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. in Courtroom B, 15th Floor, 450 Golden Gate Avenue, San Francisco, California. On April 22, 2010, the Court ordered Plaintiff to file any opposition by May 6, 2010. However, upon review of the docket, the Court notes that Plaintiff filed an opposition before this case was reassigned. (Dkt. #12.) Accordingly, Plaintiff shall not file anything further. IT IS SO ORDERED.
