AURORA LOAN SERVICES LLC, et al., Defendants. / On March 11, 2010, Plaintiffs filed a complaint with a request for immediate injunctive relief. Although no formal application for a temporary restraining order was filed, the Court concludes, based on the allegation that an auction of Plaintiffs' rental property is scheduled for March 18, 2010, that a response from Defendants is warranted. Accordingly, it is HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiffs shall serve a copy of the papers and a copy of this Order on Defendants by no later than 3:00 p.m. on Friday, March 12, 2010, and shall file proof of such service with the Court by no later than Monday, March 15, 2010. It is FURTHER ORDERED that Defendants shall file a response to the allegations in the complaint and the request for immediate injunctive relief by no later than Tuesday, March 16, 2010 at 11:30 a.m. with copies to chambers by no later than noon on the same day. It is FURTHER ORDERED that the Court shall hold a hearing on the ex parte application on Wednesday, March 17, 2010 at 9:00 a.m.
