After considering the Joint Case Management 18 Statement submitted by the parties and consulting with the attorneys of record for the parties and 19 good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: 20 21 22 23 1. DISCOVERY. On or before October 12, 2012, all non-expert discovery shall be completed by the parties. 2. EXPERT WITNESSES. The disclosure and discovery of expert witness opinions shall proceed as follows: 24 A. On or before July 6, 2012, plaintiffs shall disclose all expert testimony. 25 B. On or before August 3, 2012, plaintiffs shall provide expert testimony reports in 26 27 28 accordance with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 26(a)(2). C. On or before September 7, 2012, defendants shall disclose expert testimony and reports in accordance with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 26(a)(2). CASE MANAGEMENT SCHEDULING ORDER 1 2 3 4 5 D. On or before November 30, 2012, all discovery of expert witnesses pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 26(b)(4) shall be completed. 3. CLASS CERTIFICATION. Plaintiffs’ motion for class certification shall be heard no later than September 13, 2012. 4. FURTHER CASE MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE. A Further Case Management 6 Conference shall be held on September 27, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. in Courtroom 3, 17th Floor, United 7 States Courthouse, 450 Golden Gate Avenue, San Francisco, California. The parties shall file a 8 Joint Case Management Statement at least one week prior to the Conference. 9 11 For the Northern District of California United States District Court 10 5. PRETRIAL MOTIONS. All pretrial motions must be filed and served pursuant to Civil Local Rule 7. All pretrial motions shall be heard no later than January 24, 2013. 6. PRETRIAL STATEMENTS. At a time convenient to both, counsel shall meet and 12 confer to discuss preparation of a joint pretrial statement, and on or before February 28, 2013, 13 counsel shall file a Joint Pretrial Statement. 14 7. PRETRIAL CONFERENCE. The final pretrial conference will be held on March 15 14, 2013 at 10:00 a.m., in Courtroom 3, 17th Floor, United States Courthouse, 450 Golden Gate 16 Avenue, San Francisco, California. Each party or lead counsel who will try the case shall attend 17 personally. 18 8. TRIAL DATE.
