Plaintiff ZORRO PRODUCTIONS, INC., ("ZPI") and Defendants MARS, INC., and BBDO WORLDWIDE, INC., ("Defendants"), through their respective counsel inform and advise the Court that the parties have reached a settlement. The parties are exchanging documents to memorialize the terms of the settlement, and upon execution of the settlement documents the parties shall file a dismissal. In the unlikely event the parties are unable to execute their settlement documents prior to the initial case management conference, the parties' lead trial counsel shall appear.
