The parties request a ninety-day extension of all remaining case management dates. In the

16

alternative, they request a case management conference. Good cause not having been shown,

17

both requests are DENIED. Such a wholesale delay of the case management schedule would be

18

granted only in the most extenuating circumstances; no such circumstances are present here.

Counsel simply will have to make their best efforts to prepare the case for trial within the

20

constraints of available time and resources.
