After consideration of the PARTIES' joint brief, the Court rules as follows: The Court hereby GRANTS the parties'the parties' joint administrative motion. Thefor The Court hereby GRANTS IN PART joint administrative motion. The deadline deadline for conducting a mediation in this action is extended thirty (30) days, from November 15, 2010 to conducting a mediation in this action is extended sixty (60) days, from November 15, 2010 to January December 15, 2010. 14, 2011.
