The following Schedule for filing of amended complaint, responsive pleadings, and other scheduling dates is HEREBY APPROVED AND ORDERED: a. Plaintiffs shall file an Amended Complaint on or by July 21, 2010; b. Defendants pending Motions to Dismiss Plaintiffs' Complaint and Defendant's Johnson & Johnson's Ex Parte Motion to Continue July 23, 2010 Case Management Conference are deemed withdrawn; c. The parties shall conduct a Rule 26(f) meeting of counsel on or by July 28, 2010; d. Defendants shall file a response to Plaintiffs Amended Complaint within forty-five (45) days of the filing of the Amended Complaint; e. If Defendant(s) file a Motion to Dismiss the Amended Complaint, Plaintiffs shall have twenty-one (21) days from the filing of the Motion(s) to Dismiss to file an Opposition thereto; f. Defendant(s) shall have fifteen (15) days from the filing of Plaintiffs' Opposition to file a Reply Brief(s); g.
