Potential additional disputes, not 19 yet formally presented, may exist with respect to Kessinger’s desire to take certain depositions. 20 Pursuant to Northern District Local Rule 72-1, these and any further discovery disputes filed herein 21 are hereby referred to a randomly assigned Magistrate Judge for resolution. The request for a 22 hearing on shortened time is denied without prejudice to any such relief as the assigned magistrate 23 judge may, in his or her discretion provide.
