Pursuant to Northern District Local Rule 6-1(a), it is hereby stipulated by and between plaintiff Charlene Gallion and defendant Apple Inc., through their respective attorneys, that the time by which defendant may plead or otherwise respond to the operative complaint shall be extended to and including June 7, 2010. There have been no previous modifications of any deadlines in this case and the stipulated extension does not affect the initial case management conference, currently scheduled for July 29, 2010, and is not intended to have any impact on discovery.
