PLAINTIFF TO SUBMIT CHAMBERS
COPY IN COMPLIANCE WITH GENERAL
ORDER 45 AND THE COURT’S
STANDING ORDERS
v.
ALLIANCE BANCORP, INC.,
15
Defendants
16
/
17
On May 20, 2011, plaintiff electronically filed her Second Amended Complaint.
18
Plaintiff has violated General Order 45 and the Court’s Standing Orders, however, by failing
19
to deliver to the Clerk’s Office “no later than noon on the business day following the day
20
that the papers are filed electronically, one paper copy of each document that is filed
21
electronically . . . marked ‘Chambers Copy’ and . . . clearly marked with the judge’s name,
22
case number, and ‘Chambers Copy-Do Not File.’” See General Order 45 § VI.G; see also
23
Standing Orders for Civil Cases Assigned to the Honorable Maxine M. Chesney ¶ 2.
24
Plaintiff is hereby ORDERED to comply with General Order 45 and the Court’s
25
Standing Orders by immediately submitting a chambers copy of her Second Amended
26
Complaint.
27
28
The Court has previously advised plaintiff of her failure to comply with General
Order 45 and the Court’s Standing Order in connection with earlier-filed documents. (See
1
Order, filed January 21, 2011.) Such reminder appears to have had little to no effect on
2
compelling compliance therewith.
3
Parties are expected to comply with court rules without repeated reminders.
4
Accordingly, plaintiff is hereby advised that the Court will impose sanctions, including, but
5
not limited to, striking from the record any electronically-filed document of which a
6
chambers copy has not been timely provided to the Court.
7
IT IS SO ORDERED.
