At the hearing on Plaintiffs’ motion for class certification on June 15, 2012, the 5 Court ordered supplemental briefing on certain issues relating to that motion, to be completed by 6 June 29, 2012. See Dkt. No. 118 (Minute Order). 7 8 9 10 2. The parties have previously engaged in settlement discussions, and participated in a mediation before Hon. Ronald Sabraw (Ret.) of JAMS on February 16, 2012. 3. At the hearing on plaintiffs’ motion for class certification, the Court expressed views that informed the parties’ respective views toward those settlement negotiations. 11 4. The parties now desire to continue the supplemental briefing schedule in order to 12 13 pursue further settlement discussions directly and/or through Judge Sabraw. 14 STIPULATION 15 16 THEREFORE, the parties stipulate and request that the Court order as follows: 17 1. 18 The due date for the supplemental briefing on the motion for class certification is continued from June 29, 2012 to August 6, 2012. 19 2.
