Plaintiffs Ravinder and Hemant Prakash shall have judgment against defendants in the 26 amount of $69,519.60, constituting the sum of their deposit of $51,076.00 and 27 prejudgment interest of $18,443.60. 28 13. Plaintiffs Indrajit and Sushma Roy shall have judgment against defendants in the 1 amount of $48,108.06, constituting the sum of their deposit of $33,215.00 and 2 prejudgment interest of $14,893.06.1 3 14. Plaintiffs Dhiraj and Jyoti Tyagi shall have judgment against defendants in the amount 4 of $170,810.40, constituting the sum of their deposit of $122,484.00 and prejudgment 5 interest of $48,326.40.2 6 15. With the exception of plaintiffs Dhiraj and Jyoti Tyagi, all plaintiffs shall jointly have 7 judgment against defendants in the total amount $500,000 as punitive damages, said 8 sum to be allocated by and among plaintiffs in accordance with their proposed judgment. 9 (See Doc.
