WHEREAS, the Court previously scheduled a further Case Management Conference in this matter for March 4, 2011 at 1:30 p.m., with an updated Joint Case Management Conference Statement due on February 25, 2011; WHEREAS, the parties reached a settlement at mediation and expect this matter to be fully settled by Tuesday, March 1, 2011, at which time Plaintiff intends to file a voluntary dismissal of this matter; WHEREAS, in light of the above, the parties have agreed to request a continuance of the further Case Management Conference until April 1, 2011 at 1:30 p.m.; THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between the undersigned, subject to approval of the Court, that the further Case Management Conference is continued until April 1, 2011 at 1:30 p.m., and the deadline to file an updated Joint Case Management Statement is extended until Friday, March 25, 2011.
