Plaintiffs in JASON BAKER, et al. vs. SONY COMPUTER ENTERTAINMENT AMERICA, LLC successor to SONY COMPUTER ENTERTAINMENT AMERICA, INC., United States District Court; Northern District of California, Civil Action No. C 10-1897 SC filed a Motion to Relate case with Ventura v. Sony Computer Entertainment America, Inc., United States District Court; Northern District of California, Civil Case No. 10-CV-01811-EMC pursuant to local rules 3-12 and 7-11 asserting that plaintiffs' claims in the Ventura and Baker actions are related. Having considered the papers submitted, the Court finds that judicial economy will be served by allowing the Baker action to be related with the Ventura action. The Court hereby GRANTS Plaintiffs Baker, et al.'s Administration Motion to Relate their case with the Ventura case. IT IS SO ORDERED.
