Having considered the briefs submitted by the parties and other documents in support of and opposition to the motion, and having heard the arguments of counsel and being fully advised in this matter, the Motion is GRANTED. Within ten days of this Order, Plaintiffs shall provide SCEA with dates, within twenty days of this Order, on which they are available for deposition and shall produce all documents in their possession, custody, or control responsive to SCEA's document requests and any other documents responsive to SCEA's document requests that they intend to rely upon.
