Sony Computer Entertainment America LLC, Case No. 10-CV05179, filed on July 28, 2010 in the State of Wisconsin, Circuit Court of Milwaukee County; removed by defendant Sony Computer Entertainment America LLC ("SCEA") to the United States District Court, Eastern District of Wisconsin, on August 27, 2010; and transferred to this District on November 10, 2010. Girardi, et al. v. Sony Computer Entertainment America LLC, Case No. 10-CV5224, filed on November 17, 2010, pending in this District.
