IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AS FOLLOWS: WHEREAS, the parties have agreed upon the following schedule to provide them with comparable time in which to brief and file an opposition responding to and a reply in support of a pleading challenge defendant Sony Computer Entertainment America LLC ("SCEA") intends to file in response to Plaintiffs' First Amended Consolidated Class Action Complaint (Docket #165). Pursuant to the Fed. R. Civ. P., the last day to file that pleading challenge is March 28, 2011.
