Defendant WAL-MART STORES, INC. (hereinafter "Wal-Mart" or "Defendant") and Plaintiff LANCE HALL (hereinafter "Plaintiff") hereby submit this stipulation and request an Order to extend the deadline to complete mediation. The current deadline to complete mediation is November 24, 2010. Defendant and Plaintiff stipulate to extend the mediation deadline until March 15, 2011. The parties state there is good cause to extend the deadline as the parties need to conduct

further discovery, including Plaintiff's deposition and respond to discovery requests, prior to the mediation. The parties have already agreed to engage in a private mediation on February 24, 2011 with mediator Jeff Ross.
