Plaintiff’s motion “to object” to the Clerk’s notice to pay his filing fee for appeal

is DENIED because the United States Court of Appeals has granted his application to
17
proceed in forma pauperis on appeal and relieved him of the obligation to pay the entire
18
filing fee at this time. Plaintiff’s “judicial notice motion for injunctive and declarative
19
relief” seeking a court order for “fundoplication surgery” is DENIED in light of the
20
dismissal and termination of this action.
