Plaintiff Informatica Corporation ("Informatica") and defendant Solix Technologies, Inc. ("Solix") hereby and stipulate, by and through their respective counsel of record, as follows: 1. 2. 3. 4. Informatica filed this action on May 24, 2010. Solix has not yet served an Answer or Motion to Dismiss. The Parties have agreed to resolve this dispute. Accordingly, this Action shall be and is hereby dismissed without

prejudice, with each side to bear its own attorneys fees and costs.
