Hom, counsel for Defendants City of Hayward, and K. Landreth ("City Defendants") is codefense counsel in City of Hayward v. California State University, et al., Alameda County Superior Court Case No. RG 09481095 which is scheduled for trial on September 9, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. in Oakland, California. Although Plaintiff filed his Complaint in the within action on May 28, 2010, Defendants were not served until July 19, 2010. On or about July 28, 2010, Defendants anticipate filing a Motion to Dismiss in response to the Complaint with a hearing date scheduled for on or about /// ///
