DISMISSAL Plaintiff, v. For the Northern District of California United States District Court 10 12 Edgar D. Huinac Garcia, d.b.a. Frida Bar, 13 Defendant. 14 / 15 On September 2, 2010, Plaintiff filed a Request to Enter Default in this case. (See Docket 16 Item No. 6.) On September 7, 2010, the Clerk entered Default as requested by Plaintiff. (See 17 Docket Item No. 10.) Accordingly, on July 11, 2011 at 9 a.m., Plaintiff shall appear to show cause, if any, by 19 actual appearance in Court and by certification filed with the Court on or before July 1, 2011, why 20 this case should not be dismissed for lack of prosecution.
