THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: (1) The Initial Case Management Conference, currently scheduled for September 16, 2010 at 11:00 a.m., shall be reset to September 30, 2010 at 8:00 a.m. (2) The last day to file the Rule 26(f) Report, complete initial disclosures or state objection in Rule 26(f) Report, and file Case Management Statement per the Standing Order on Contents of Joint Case Management Statement, shall be reset to September 23, 2010.
