The Court, having considered Defendant Facebook, Inc.’s motion, and the parties’
positions and arguments related thereto, hereby ORDERS as follows:
Defendant’s Motion to Stay is GRANTED. All proceedings related to this action are
hereby stayed pending at least the issuance of the first Office Action by the U.S. Patent and
Trademark Office (“PTO”) in the Inter Partes reexamination of U.S. Patents No. 6,879,985,
7,493,342, and 7,496,603.
