STIPULATE AND AGREE that the hearing on Plaintiff’s Petition for an Order Appointing Jariaha

Jenkins Guardian Ad Litem for Minor S.J. and Plaintiff’s Petition for Approval of Minor’s

Compromise shall be heard on shortened time due to the fact that the matter is scheduled for a Case

5

Management Conference on October 21, 2011 and the parties believe it will serve and/or promote

6

judicial economy and efficiency to have this matter heard on the same date and time.

Therefore, the parties do hereby stipulate and agree that the hearing on the Plaintiff’s Petition

8

for an Order Appointing Jariaha Jenkins Guardian Ad Litem for Minor S.J. and Plaintiff’s Petition for

Approval of Minor’s Compromise shall be held October 21, 2011, at 1:30 p.m. and Defendants do

hereby waive the 35-day notice requirement.
