No. 12). Under the civil local rules, plaintiff James Mazzamuto, who is represented by counsel, was required to file an opposition brief (or a statement of non-opposition) to the pending motions by September 2. It is now September 3, and no opposition brief (or statement of non-opposition) has been filed. Plaintiff is therefore ORDERED TO SHOW CAUSE by NOON ON FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 10, why this action should not be dismissed for failure to prosecute or why defendant's motion to dismiss should not be treated as unopposed and granted.
