IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the parties, through their designee, Shearman & Sterling LLP, counsel for all defendants, are authorized to transport through security to Courtroom 3 all equipment necessary for the preliminary injunction hearing in the above captioned matter, including 4 laptop computers, 1 projector, 1 Elmo visual presenter, 1 printer, and all related cabling. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties may set up the above referenced equipment in Courtroom 3 on August 30, 2010.
