On October 21, 2010, Magistrate Judge Maria-Elena James issued a Report and Recommendation, in which she recommended Plaintiff's case be dismissed based on her failure to prosecute and to to comply with the Court's orders and deadlines. Plaintiff has not filed an objection to the Report and Recommendation within the time required by Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 72. The Court has reviewed Magistrate Judge James' Report and Recommendation and finds it correct, well-reasoned and thorough, and adopts it in every respect. Accordingly, the Court HEREBY DISMISSES the above-captioned action. A separate Judgment shall be entered, and the Clerk shall close the file. IT IS SO ORDERED.
