On July 14, 2010, the Court ordered the parties to file a consent to proceed before a magistrate judge or request for reassignment to a district court judge by August 12, 2010. (Dkt. #8.) Plaintiffs have failed to comply with this order. Accordingly, Plaintiffs shall inform the Court, by way of the enclosed form, whether they consent to Magistrate Judge James' jurisdiction or requests reassignment to a United States District Judge for trial. The consent/declination form shall be filed by September 2, 2010. Failure to comply with this order may result in the imposition of sanctions. IT IS SO ORDERED.
