No one 18 appeared. 19 Accordingly, counsel are HEREBY ORDERED TO SHOW CAUSE in writing no later 20 than June 24, 2011, as to why this case should not be dismissed for failure to prosecute and why 21 both counsel should not be sanctioned in the amount of $500 for failure to appear. Failure to 22 respond to this Order by June 24, 2011 shall result in dismissal of this matter with prejudice 23 and the imposition of monetary sanctions. 24 IT IS SO ORDERED. 25 26 27 28 Dated: June 10, 2011 JEFFREY S.
