The Court is in receipt of Plaintiffs’ “Objection to Denied Motion for Relief from
14
Nondispositive Pretrial Order of Magistrate Judge.” Dkt. No. 100. In their objection, Plaintiffs
15
appear to request that a district judge review the orders of the assigned magistrate judge in this case.
16
However, in accordance with 28 U.S.C. § 636(c), the magistrate judges of this district court are
17
designated to conduct any and all proceedings in a civil case, including trial and entry of final
18
judgment, upon the consent of the parties. An appeal from a judgment entered by a magistrate judge
19
may be taken directly to the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in the same manner
20
as an appeal from any other judgment of a district court. Thus, as all parties have consented to the
21
undersigned’s jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(c), the undersigned presides over this case
22
with the same authority as a district judge. Accordingly, Plaintiffs’ request is hereby DENIED.
23
IT IS SO ORDERED.
