TELENAV, INC., et al., 14 Defendants. 15 ) Case No. C-10-3942 SC ) ) ORDER FOR SUPPLEMENTAL ) BRIEFING ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) 16 17 Now before the Court are Plaintiff's unopposed Motions for 18 Final Approval of Class Action Settlement and for Attorney Fees and 19 Expenses. 20 hearing on the Motion, the Court asked the parties to provide 21 additional information concerning the number of claim forms 22 received in response to the notice provided to the class members. 23 ECF No. 43. 24 Administrator has received 661 proofs of claim. 25 information is not altogether helpful since it is still unclear how 26 much each claimant stands to gain from the proposed settlement or 27 what proportion of shareholders have actually submitted a claim. 28 Accordingly, the Court ORDERS Plaintiff to submit further ECF Nos. 37, 38. During the Court's February 24, 2012 Plaintiff recently informed the Court that the Claims ECF No. 44. This 1 2 supplemental briefing on this issue. The supplemental briefing shall include the following 3 information: the total, average, and median number of Telenav 4 shares held by the 661 claimants during the class period; the 5 highest and lowest number of shares held by any one claimant during 6 the class period; the total number of shares implicated in this 7 class action; the average loss per share incurred by the class 8 members during the class period; and the average recovery per share 9 that the claimants stand to gain from the proposed settlement United States District Court For the Northern District of California 10 (assuming that the Court grants Plaintiff's motion for attorney's 11 fees and other expenses). 12 within fourteen (14) days of this Order.
