After considering the Joint Case Management 20 Statement submitted by the parties and good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED 21 THAT: 22 1. 23 Non-expert discovery shall be limited as follows: (a) ten (10) non-expert depositions per party; 24 (b) twenty-five (25) interrogatories per party, including all discrete subparts; (c) a reasonable 25 number of requests for production of documents or for inspection per party; and (d) a 26 reasonable number of requests for admission per party. DISCOVERY. 27 28 CASE MANAGEMENT SCHEDULING ORDER No. C 10-4151 RS 1 2. FURTHER CASE MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE. A Further Case Management 2 Conference shall be held on September 22, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. in Courtroom 3, 17th Floor, 3 United States Courthouse, 450 Golden Gate Avenue, San Francisco, California.
