"Defendant"), on the other hand, through their counsel of record hereby stipulate and agree as follows: RECITALS On September 21,2010, Plaintiff filed its Complaint with this Court. Defendant was served with the Summons and Complaint on September 22,2010. Pursuant to the Summons, Defendant's response must be filed twenty-one days 2. 3. 26 after service, which is October 13,2010. 27 4. The parties agree that a thirty-day extension of the time that Defendant has to 3 answer or otherwise respond to the Complaint is appropriate and that such an extension will not 4 alter the date of any event or any deadline already fixed by Court order.
