Having considered the Parties’ Joint Stipulation and good cause appearing,
the Joint Stipulation is hereby GRANTED.

IT IS ORDERED THAT the matter is dismissed with prejudice as to

Plaintiffs’ individual claims. Each party shall bear his or its own attorneys’ fees
5
and costs.

The Court shall retain jurisdiction with respect to the interpretation,
7
implementation, and enforcement of the Parties’ Settlement Agreement and all
8
orders and judgments entered in connection therewith, and the Parties and their
9
counsel submit to the jurisdiction of the Court for purposes of interpreting,
10 implementing, and enforcing the settlement embodied in the Settlement Agreement
11 and all orders and judgments entered in connection therewith.
