This matter is set for a hearing on July 15, 2011 on Defendant’s motion to dismiss the

16

first amended complaint. Due to the Court’s calendar, the hearing shall be CONTINUED to

17

July 22, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. The Court HEREBY ORDERS that an opposition to the motion shall

18

be filed by no later than June 24, 2011 and a reply brief shall be filed by no later than July 1,

19

2011. Failure to oppose the motion may result in dismissal of this action.

20

If the Court determines that the matter is suitable for resolution without oral argument, it

21

will so advise the parties in advance of the hearing date. If the parties wish to modify this

22

schedule, they may submit for the Court’s consideration a stipulation and proposed order

23

demonstrating good cause for any modification requested.
