The parties, through their counsel, met and conferred 24 25 on Friday, December 5, 2013, concerning a potential dispute about the scope of the court’s summary judgment order. In response to this conference, Defendant intends to provide additional 26 27 28 information to Plaintiff concerning Defendant’s recent supplemental productions in the hopes of resolving this dispute.
