L.R. 6-2] ) Defendant. ) ) ) 21 22 Pursuant to the Court’s December 9, 2013 Order, see ECF No. 78, the parties submit the 23 following status report to apprise the Court of their efforts to resolve a potential dispute about the 24 25 scope of the Court’s summary judgment order. ECF No. 77. The parties, through their counsel, met and conferred on December 9 and December 16, 2013, but have not yet been able to come to 26 27 28 agreement on all outstanding matters that remain in contention. The parties believe that additional time will assist them in their efforts to resolve the current impasse.
