The Court, having considered the stipulation of the parties, and good cause appearing
therefore, orders as follows:

Claims asserted by Plaintiffs Target Corporation, Sears, Roebuck and Co., Kmart

Corporation, Old Comp Inc., Good Guys, Inc., RadioShack Corporation, and Newegg, Inc.,

against defendants Samsung SDI Co., Ltd. and Samsung SDI America, Inc. are dismissed with

prejudice pursuant to Rule 41(a)(2) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.

Each party shall bear their own costs and attorneys’ fees.
