On February 13, 2013, Defendants WEST BAY BUILDERS and DALEY’S DRYWALL filed
21 an ex parte application requesting that the Court shorten the notice period for their Motion for Good
22 Faith Settlement in the above-captioned action. Good cause having been shown, the Court hereby
23 GRANTS Defendants’ ex parte application and ORDERS that the motion hearing date for
24 Defendants’ Motion for Good Faith Settlement shall be heard on March 1, 2013, at 9:00 a.m., in
25 Courtroom 10, of the above-captioned court. Any party shall file any Opposition to the Motion for
26 Good Faith Settlement on or before February 20, 2013, and Defendants shall file any reply on or
27 before February 26, 2013.
