(sued also as Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and America’s Servicing Company) 5 (“Wells Fargo”) stipulate and request the Court to enter judgment in this case as follows: 6 1. Dismissing the entire action with prejudice as to all parties and as to all causes of 2.
