After considering the Joint Case 19 Management Statement submitted by the parties and consulting with the attorneys of record for 20 the parties and good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: 21 22 23 24 25 26 1. DISCOVERY. On or before April 26, 2013 all non-expert discovery shall be completed by the parties. 2. EXPERT WITNESSES. The disclosure and discovery of expert witnesses and opinions shall proceed as follows: A. The Spoliation/ Unclean 14 Hand Trial take place on August 26-27, 2013 (two day limit).
